A Croatian medical supply company, founded in 2017 in Pula — built on twenty years of experience in the healthcare sector. We work by a simple principle: a carefully selected portfolio, proven European manufacturers and documentation without compromise.
Our story
Two decades of experience before day one
Puranova did not start from a business plan — it started from practice. After more than two decades of working in medical supply, alongside hospitals, pharmacies and care homes, the founder started the company in 2017 with a simple idea: a smaller, carefully selected portfolio of products you know personally, instead of a broad catalogue of everything.
That is why Puranova works with focus: wound care, fixation, compression therapy and protective gloves. For every product we know what it is, who it is for and which documentation covers it.

ABENA is a Danish family-owned manufacturer of medical and hygiene products — with its own production in Europe and quality control at company headquarters. Puranova is the official distributor of a selected ABENA range for Croatia: the same products and the same standards as on the most demanding European markets, with full documentation and local support.
